Core idea: don't guess ad angles — deploy ones the market already proved. But the research method depends on the business type. Pick the track by whether the niche is a PRODUCT or a LOCAL SERVICE. (Rio's whole client base = Track B. Track A is for his future info-product / any ecom.)
🅰 TRACK A — ECOM / PRODUCTS (YouTube + Ad Library)
Works because product buyers research heavily on YouTube and those searchers are buyers.
Prompt (swap [X PRODUCT NICHE]):
My niche: [X PRODUCT NICHE].
1. Who is the buyer and what problem does the product solve?
2. Most PROVEN angles to sell it online (rank + name the 80-20).
3. The 2-3 word YouTube searches a buyer would type (biggest 80-20), so I can pull the most-viewed videos per term.
Loop: YouTube each term → sort by views → for the top 3-5 videos log title (promise) + thumbnail (visual hook) + first 3 sec (opening hook) + emotional angle. Recurring angle across the top = proven. Cross-check the Meta Ad Library for what competitors SPEND on. Winner = proven in both (organic views + paid spend).
🅱 TRACK B — LOCAL SERVICE (Rio's default: detailers, cleaners, etc.)
YouTube fails here (searchers are DIY, not hire-intent). Demand is Google-local (capture) + Meta feed (impulse/convenience). Research from three places:
1. Meta Ad Library (paid proof). Search competitors in [X SERVICE] + area (facebook.com/ads/library or the meta-ads MCP ads_library_search). Log the offers, hooks, and formats they're actively spending on. Long-running ads = converting. (Same pull as the ad-gap page — brez-ads-execution-module.)
2. Reviews / VOC (the real customer language). Read the client's AND competitors' Google/GBP reviews. What do customers praise and complain about? Their exact words = your ad copy + angles. (11-audience method: mine the actual language, don't invent it.)
3. Google search intent (the "keywords" for local, NOT YouTube). The 2-3 word searches = "[service] near me," "[service] [city]," "mobile [service]," "best [service] [city]." These are for Google Search ads (demand capture), not YouTube.
The proven LOCAL-SERVICE angle set (deploy these on Meta):
- Transformation — real before/after of the actual work (the #1 visual).
- Convenience — "we come to you / done in your driveway / you don't lift a finger" (huge for mobile services).
- Offer / first-time hook — "$X off your first [service]," limited slots this week.
- Social proof — "X 5-star reviews / trusted by Y [locals]."
- Speed / response — same-day, book in 60 seconds, we answer fast.
- Local trust — "serving [city] since / your neighbors' go-to."
- Loss-aversion / protect-the-asset (higher-ticket: ceramic, roofing, etc.).
Prompt (swap [X SERVICE NICHE] + [CITY]):
My niche: [X SERVICE NICHE] in [CITY].
1. Who is the end customer and what makes them book (not DIY)?
2. Pull the proven angles from: (a) competitor ads in the Meta Ad Library, (b) what customers praise in Google reviews. Rank + name the 80-20.
3. Google-local search terms they'd type (near me / [city] / mobile) for the capture side.
Worked example — mobile car detailing (Track B, 2026-07-09)
- 80-20 angles: transformation (filthy→showroom before/after) + "we come to you" convenience. Then: offer/first-detail discount, social proof, ceramic/protect-your-paint (high-ticket).
- Channel split: Meta = demand-gen (visual transformation + convenience impulse); Google = demand-capture ("mobile detailing near me," "mobile detailing [city]").
- Research: Ad Library (competitor detailer ads) + their Google reviews (customer language) > YouTube (which is mostly DIY detailers).
