This is "the rest" the handoff flagged as never captured. Word-for-word scripts are DEAD (logged 7/13). These four points replace them. The /dial skill rebuild should be built around THIS + the 3 anchors (why-them / one question / the number).

1. The mindset shift: would YOU buy from you?

Core question before and during every call: "how can I help? what do I need to do?"

The coach's test: if you answered the phone to someone talking the same way you are pitching, would you buy? Rio's honest answer was no. That's the gap. Sell the way someone sells when you'd say yes to them: helping, not pitching.

How to apply: open every call trying to solve their specific thing (the dead site, the bad Meta ads, the empty calendar), not to deliver an offer. The offer shows up as the natural fix, late.

2. The one in-call question: "how can I keep this conversation going longer?"

Not "how do I get to the pitch." Longer conversation = more trust, more surface area, more real problems surfaced. When a call stalls, don't wrap it, ask the next genuine question about their business.

How to apply: when Rio feels the urge to pitch or hang up, that's the trigger to ask one more question instead.

3. Comfort zone (coach's direct critique)

Coach: Rio is not stepping outside his comfort zone. The growth is in the calls/doors/asks that feel uncomfortable, the harder ask, the bigger number, the owner he's nervous to dial.

How to apply: each dial block should contain at least one deliberately uncomfortable rep (bigger prospect, direct ask, higher price said without flinching).

4. Tactical: California extends the day 3 hours

When ET business hours run out, dial California (and PT generally), they're 3 hours behind. A 5-8 PM ET block = 2-5 PM PT, prime time. Losing hours in the day is no longer an excuse to stop dialing.

How to apply: Marisol's day plans + /dial sessions can schedule a PT lane after 5 PM ET. Needs a CA/PT lead list in Command to be usable.
